Querywright Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy describes the current commercial terms for Querywright subscriptions and is incorporated into the Querywright Terms of Service.
1. Founding Beta Price
The Querywright Founding Beta costs $99 USD per month, plus any taxes required by law.
The Founding offer is limited to the first 10 paying customers.
A Founding place is consumed only after a successful payment is authoritatively confirmed by Querywright’s billing system.
Creating an account, starting Checkout, or holding an unpaid reservation does not make someone a paying Founding customer.
Once a paying customer consumes a Founding position, that position remains permanently part of the first-ten cohort even if the customer later cancels or deletes the account.
2. Founding Price Lock
A Founding customer’s $99 monthly price is locked for 12 months beginning with the first successful paid billing period.
After that 12-month period, Querywright may change future subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
A price change does not retroactively alter charges already incurred.
3. Included Usage
The Founding subscription includes Research for up to 10 unique website origins per actual Stripe billing period.
A site counts against the allowance when successful Research is completed for that origin.
Research performed again on an already-counted origin during the same billing period does not consume another site slot.
Pending Research may temporarily reserve a site slot until its outcome can be reliably established.
Unused site capacity does not roll over.
Historical evidence remains subject to the account-access and retention terms described in the Terms of Service.
4. Provider Costs
Provider usage is included in the current subscription.
Querywright does not currently charge separate DataForSEO fees, customer-facing provider credits, per-request fees, or provider overages.
5. Monthly Renewal
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
Payments are processed through Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the applicable subscription price and legally required taxes.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
6. Failed or Past-Due Payments
If a payment fails or your account becomes past due, Querywright may restrict new paid operations until billing is repaired.
Historical data, account-management functions, and billing-repair functions may remain available where appropriate.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time using the available billing controls.
Cancellation prevents renewal at the end of the current paid billing period.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, normal cancellation preserves paid service access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Cancellation does not delete your Querywright account or customer data.
8. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable.
Querywright does not normally provide prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law and may otherwise be issued at A&C, LLC’s discretion.
9. Account Deletion
Deleting your Querywright account is separate from canceling your subscription.
Account deletion permanently closes the account, terminates normal product access, disconnects connected AI access, and stops future subscription billing as part of the deletion workflow.
If you delete your account before the end of a paid billing period, remaining product access is forfeited.
Account deletion does not automatically create a prorated refund.
Limited financial, accounting, security, contractual, deletion, and Founding-seat records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Taxes
Prices displayed by Querywright may not include taxes.
Where applicable law requires Querywright or Stripe to collect tax, the required tax may be added to your charge.
11. Changes to Pricing or Billing Terms
Querywright may change pricing or billing terms prospectively.
Any change affecting an existing Founding customer during the 12-month Founding price-lock period will respect the applicable price lock.
Where required or reasonably appropriate, we will provide notice before a material pricing change applies to a future renewal.
