Querywright Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Querywright, including querywright.com, app.querywright.com, Querywright’s hosted MCP service, and related services provided by A&C, LLC (“Querywright,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, connecting Querywright to an AI service, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them, including the Querywright Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Querywright.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the security of your credentials. You may not share credentials or access in a way that permits unauthorized use of your account.
2. What Querywright Does
Querywright is an SEO research, evidence, and workflow platform designed to work with AI systems such as Claude and ChatGPT.
Querywright may research publicly accessible websites, measure search demand using third-party data providers, retain evidence and provenance, record strategy approvals and reviewed copy, provide bounded generation context to a connected AI system, and perform deterministic verification of certain workflow outputs.
Connected AI systems may perform semantic analysis, recommendations, reasoning, or copy generation using information supplied through Querywright. Those AI-generated outputs are produced by the AI service you choose and are not independently guaranteed by Querywright.
You are responsible for reviewing recommendations, generated copy, strategies, and other outputs before relying on or publishing them.
3. Founding Beta
Querywright is currently offered as a paid Founding Beta.
The Founding Beta is limited to the first 10 paying customers. The Founding Beta price is $99 USD per month.
A customer becomes part of the paid Founding cohort only after Querywright receives authoritative confirmation of successful payment. Creating an account, beginning Checkout, or reserving a place without payment does not make someone a paying Founding customer.
A paid Founding position remains permanently counted as part of the first-ten Founding cohort even if that customer later cancels or deletes the account.
4. Founding Price Lock
A Founding customer’s $99 monthly price is locked for 12 months beginning with the first successful paid billing period.
After that 12-month period, Querywright may change the price for future billing periods. If we do, we will provide reasonable notice before the changed price applies.
5. Site Allowance
A Founding Beta subscription includes Research for up to 10 unique website origins per actual Stripe billing period.
A site counts against the allowance when successful Querywright Research is completed for that origin.
Research performed again on an origin already counted during the same billing period does not consume another site slot.
A Research operation that is still pending may temporarily reserve a site slot until its outcome can be established. Querywright uses durable evidence where available to reconcile interrupted Research. If an outcome cannot be established reliably, the reservation may remain pending until it can be safely resolved.
Unused site capacity does not roll over to a later billing period.
Historical evidence already created remains available subject to your account status, subscription status, and these Terms.
6. Provider Costs
Querywright uses third-party providers for services such as search and keyword measurement, cloud infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, payments, and AI connectivity.
You are not required to maintain your own DataForSEO or similar keyword-data account for the current Querywright service.
Provider usage costs are included in the current Querywright subscription. Querywright does not currently charge customer-facing provider credits, per-request fees, or provider overages.
7. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
By starting a paid subscription, you authorize Querywright and Stripe to charge the applicable recurring subscription fee and any legally required taxes to your selected payment method.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
If payment fails or your account becomes past due, Querywright may restrict new paid operations while continuing to permit appropriate access to historical data, billing repair, and account-management functions.
Additional billing terms are described in the Querywright Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the available billing controls.
Normal subscription cancellation prevents future renewal. Unless otherwise required by law, paid service access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Cancellation does not delete your Querywright account or customer data.
A paid Founding position remains permanently counted as part of the first-ten Founding cohort after cancellation.
9. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins.
Querywright does not normally provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation, except where required by applicable law or where A&C, LLC chooses to provide a refund in its discretion.
Deleting your account is different from canceling a subscription. If you permanently delete your account, access ends as part of the deletion process even if time remains in a previously paid billing period. Account deletion does not automatically entitle you to a prorated refund.
10. Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your Querywright account through the self-service account-deletion controls in Settings.
Account deletion is irreversible.
When deletion begins, Querywright may immediately disable product access and connected AI access while the deletion process completes. Future subscription billing is stopped as part of the deletion workflow.
Querywright deletes customer-owned product data associated with the account, subject to limited records that may be retained for legitimate financial, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, operational, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.
We may retain minimal pseudonymous records necessary to preserve historical billing integrity, security history, deletion status, contractual records, and permanent Founding-seat accounting.
Some deleted information may also remain temporarily in backups until those backups are overwritten, expire, or are replaced through ordinary backup-management processes.
11. Website Research and Customer Content
Querywright is designed to research publicly accessible websites.
You may not use Querywright to circumvent authentication, access controls, paywalls, technical restrictions, or other protections in order to access content you are not authorized to access.
If you provide non-public content, copy, data, instructions, or other material to Querywright, you represent that you have the right to provide and use that material.
You retain ownership of content you provide.
You grant A&C, LLC a limited, non-exclusive right to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve Querywright.
12. Connected AI Services
Querywright may connect with third-party AI products or platforms chosen by you, including services such as Claude or ChatGPT.
Information supplied through Querywright’s MCP service may be processed by the AI provider you connect. Your use of that AI provider is also governed by that provider’s own terms, privacy practices, retention settings, and account controls.
Querywright does not control how an independently operated AI provider processes information after it is transmitted through your authorized connection.
AI-generated outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated recommendations and content before acting on or publishing them.
13. SEO and Third-Party Data Disclaimer
Search volume, keyword metrics, and similar measurements may be estimates or observations supplied by third-party data providers.
They are not guarantees of future performance.
Querywright does not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, conversions, revenue, backlinks, inclusion in AI-generated answers, citations by AI systems, or any other SEO or business outcome.
Search engines, AI systems, public websites, and third-party data providers change independently of Querywright.
14. Acceptable Use
You may not use Querywright to:
- violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or non-public data;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- interfere with or degrade Querywright or its providers;
- evade billing, account, customer-isolation, or usage restrictions;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- abuse third-party APIs or providers; or
- attempt to defeat Querywright’s security controls.
You may not use the service in a way that creates unreasonable technical load or materially harms Querywright, its providers, or other customers.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create a material security or fraud risk, fail to pay amounts due, abuse the service or its providers, or if continued access would expose Querywright or others to material legal or operational risk.
Where reasonable under the circumstances, we will attempt to provide notice before termination.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred or records we are legally or legitimately permitted to retain.
16. Intellectual Property
Querywright, including its software, design, trademarks, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by A&C, LLC or its licensors.
Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights in Querywright are transferred to you.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of your own content or websites to Querywright.
17. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Querywright, you grant A&C, LLC permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
18. Beta Service and Changes
Querywright is currently a beta product.
Features, interfaces, workflows, integrations, providers, and technical behavior may change as the service develops.
We may modify, replace, or discontinue features. We will not retroactively change charges already incurred, and we will not knowingly misrepresent material subscription terms.
19. Availability
We work to keep Querywright available and reliable, but the service is not guaranteed to operate without interruption or error.
Availability may be affected by maintenance, software defects, network failures, third-party providers, AI platforms, payment systems, DNS, websites being researched, and events outside our reasonable control.
Querywright does not currently provide a contractual uptime service-level agreement unless separately agreed in writing.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Querywright is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
A&C, LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A&C, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost rankings, lost traffic, lost data, or lost business opportunities arising from or related to Querywright.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A&C, LLC’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Querywright will not exceed the amount you paid to Querywright during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A&C, LLC from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Querywright, your material violation of these Terms, or content or data you submit or use without sufficient rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify A&C, LLC for A&C, LLC’s own unlawful conduct.
23. Electronic Communications
You agree that we may provide account, billing, security, policy, and other service-related notices electronically, including through the service or by email.
Transactional and legally required service communications are not marketing emails.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Querywright evolves.
If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, email, or another appropriate method before the change takes effect where required by law.
Your continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
25. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Querywright will be brought in a state or federal court located in Maryland that has jurisdiction over the dispute.
26. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
A&C, LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Querywright business.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
28. No Waiver
A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any additional written terms expressly agreed between you and A&C, LLC constitute the agreement governing your use of Querywright.
